    This includes (but isn’t limited to) learning what stress actually is, what it can look like and how it can escalate if not maanaged correctly.

    We will look at how you’re going, what might be activating your stress response and how you can gain more control over your response (plus plenty more!).

    Now that you’ve gained an understanding of your own responses, it’s time to look at what’s happening around you.

    In this module we will explore what’s going on in your boarder workplace environment and how to build an appropriate response.

  • managing big personalities

    We will finish by looking at the the people around you, including those tricky people I like to call ‘big personalities.’

    This includes understanding the individuals around you plus group dynamics. We will also look at how to manage some common relational challenges in the workplace.
